Training Get Fit for the Season

For those intending on playing A grade in 2010 or trialling for the Cadet and Junior 1 Team are especially invited to attend these training sessions all other members 13 yrs and older are also welcome to start getting ready for the season.

Training session will be held at the GLADSTONE NETBALL COURTS and start TUESDAY 19 JANUARY. They will be in 30min blocks and will commence at 5.30 6.00 6.30pm with extensions. It is up to you when you come but I would suggest planning at least 1 hour to gain benefit.

We will be doing it this way so that the juniors can come from 5.30 – 6.30 and seniors 6.00 to 7.00 but seniors are more than welcome to attend the 1 ½.

There will be no long jogs we will be concentrating on ball agility speed & quickness.

Cadet & Jnr 1 Trials

Calling for any players interested in trialing for competitive Cadet and Junior 1 teams:

Pre-Season Fitness Training

Pre-Season Fitness Training has commenced.

Training runs each Thursday evening from 6 - 7 pm through to the beginning of December 2009. All interested people can attend. Please arrive at the Gladstone Netball courts by 5:55 pm to depart/start at 6 pm.

Congratulations Grand Final Winners!

Yaralla Dynamics had 5 Grand Finalist teams in the 2009 competition. Well played to all team members.

3 teams finished their seasons victorious in the Grand Finals. These teams were Swifts, Roadrunners and Magpies. Congratulations!
